Privacy Policy
Effective date:
Mia’s Pure Plate is a brand of Corevish Commerce (OPC) Pvt Ltd. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit this website or submit an inquiry.
Information you provide
The website offers tasting-kit requests, partnership inquiries and availability inquiries. Depending on your inquiry, we ask for your name, email address, business details, location and a shipping address. You may also provide a phone number, website link, product interests, estimated order requirements and a message. Fields relevant to your selected inquiry are shown in the form.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message that is not needed for your inquiry.
How inquiry information is used
We use the information you submit to review your request, contact you and discuss the relevant tasting kit, partnership or product availability. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.
When online inquiry delivery is enabled, the website sends your inquiry by email to [email protected], managed through Google Workspace. The email uses your supplied email address as its reply address so we can respond to you. The website does not send an automatic acknowledgment email to you. If online delivery is unavailable, you can email that address directly.
Hosting, delivery and spam protection
Cloudflare provides website hosting and, when online inquiry delivery is enabled, Turnstile spam protection. Google provides email delivery and mailbox storage. These providers process information as part of those services, including technical request information used to operate and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.
The website does not keep inquiry submissions in a separate database. Submitted information is handled during delivery and remains in the receiving email mailbox and any subsequent correspondence. GA4 analytics is not enabled in this release.
Google account access
Website visitors do not need to sign in to Google. The website operator separately authorises the Google account used to send inquiry notifications.
The integration requests permission to identify that authorised account and send email through the Gmail API. It does not request permission to read the account’s inbox, contacts or Drive files. Google authorisation credentials are kept in backend configuration and are not included in public website code. Account access can be revoked through the authorised account’s Google settings.
The integration uses Google account information and Gmail access only to identify the authorised sender and deliver website inquiry notifications. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Questions and requests
For questions about this notice, or to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, email [email protected]. Identify the inquiry concerned so the team can locate it and respond.
Updates
This notice will be updated if the website’s information handling changes. The effective date at the top will show when the current version was published.
